After 2 weeks of vacations I am sitting again at my laptop and thinking about my next steps.
Whereas I am on a trip a successful day means enjoying life and not thinking too much, after vacation success needs to be redefined.
So right now, with my goals in mind, I am asking myself; What's important now?
As soon as I can answer that question I am going to my Kanban board and with every work item in there I am asking the question; Does this contribute to my overall goal(s)? If the answer is NO, I will put it in my "WON'T DO" column.
A lot of things go there lately. It really helps me staying focused on my goals.
