Since the beginning of 2020 I am doing a lot of research in the field of Agile and also Lean.
A lot of misinterpretation is coming from misunderstanding that Agile has nothing to do with processes. Only because you use Scrum or Kanban you are not magically Agile.
Becoming Agile is a process itself. It's not like you hire a consultant, have some trainings on Mondays and you are suddenly Agile for the rest of your life (nothing works like that).
It requires a shift in thinking and not in processes.
