This week I am pausing my workout, like I do every 12 weeks when I got another round of Freeletics behind me.
I am currently thinking about if I should adapt the training a little bit. Maybe a bit more cardio would do well. I am not a big fan of running, maybe I will again postpone it.
On the other hand, since my vacation is coming it would be a good thing to try while being on the road. Let's see.
One other thing to mention; I am currently really happy with my productivity system, a Trello board.
Especially with a previous addition, the "won't do" column. It's right between the backlogs and the next column. So before I drag something into next, I have the chance of letting it accidentally or on purpose fall into it.
