The month of August is almost coming to and end... That means I need a new challenge.
And for this time I am trying to tackle two things at once, but separately. I want to meditate 10 minutes each day, plus, I want to read at least 15 minutes every day.
One thing will become part of my morning routine, the other one of my evening routine. That's why it should block anything else.
The last challenge of not snacking in between worked out on most days. But I also had some days, like yesterday and today where I still snacked a lot. I will try to keep this up, so that I only have 3 - 4 meals a day, without snacks in between.
