Today I invested some time re-iterating on my Personal Kanban board. I split up my backlog a bit into several projects, which now really helps in keeping it more orderly.
It seems that H.L. Mencken's quote applies here as well:
For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.
Of course I want to keep my board simple. But to a complex life with a lot of thing going on in parallel, you need some complexity to tackle it as well.
