It's now a few days into my new "routine". It's not really a routine. It's being less on the phone and trying to focus more.

There are some downsides, like not being able to google stuff instantly, as I am used to. Instead I write them down in a little notebook that I try to carry with me all the time.

Like a distraction notebook. Or a reflection notebook.

Back to the future...
