My workout sucked, my phone was full of incident notifications, the coffee wasn't good.
I wanted the day to just hit reset. At some point that happened. The day stopped to suck. My mood got better and things turned out to not be that bad.
A bad morning doesn't have become a bad day. And even if that day becomes a bad day. Tomorrow is a new one. Don't let today be fucked by yesterday.
