A new month - a new challenge.

I would say I really pay attention to my body and my nutrition. But there is one thing, which I am not good at; I am eating all day long. I am a snacker.

Almonds, nuts, fruits, vegetables. All of these things are healthy and fit into my calorie count. But my body never comes to a rest.

That's what I want to change this month and see how my body and fat burn adapts to it.

The rules are the following;

  • I eat 4 times a day
  • Either it's 3 shakes with vegetables or fruits and 1 meal
  • Or it's 2 meal and 2 shakes

Let's see.
