Another month comes to an end.
I'll end this one with a new morning routine, that I defined together with my girlfriend. And it starts with a challenge each morning. Who gets out of the bed last, has to make the bed. Let's see if this works as a trigger.
Another thing, which I won't do as challenge, I want to implement it more as a habit are hard smartphone rules, or better said, screen rules.
From 10 PM to 8 AM I won't use any screens. Yes, there will be exceptions, like going out, movie nights, working late. But in general, no phone in the bedroom for me. This is planned at around 10 PM, taking a paper notebook, writing down some things that I thought about or that I still struggling with in my head, thinking about action items for the next day.
This has to evolve, I am curious.
