Welcome back to the show.
This week I am not working out and giving myself a little break. After the last weeks I felt that I overloaded some joints a bit and wanted to give my body the margin to recharge.
In the beginning I thought, wow, I will so much time more. But if I am looking back now, well, I have slept longer or just wasted the time slacking around or scrolling through my phone.
So I spend some minutes right now to reflect on my current routines. And I have figured out that I am using my phone a lot in the evening scrolling around, as well as in morning. This is not really setting my day up for success.
I need to put in some thought, probably some index cards and probably make the bedroom a phone free zone again.
