At least I think it is by Steve Jobs.
And it fits very well. If you wanna be a good leader, you first need to learn, it's not your job to make everyone happy. That is just not possible.
Everybody in your organization is motivated by different things.
Some like stability, some like change, some need processes, others hate them. And one thing I also had to learn is that only because I like not having rules, that's not for everybody.
A teams freedom also has to match their maturity.
