A new week. This week my new workout routine started, still freeletics, but different trainings. Let's see how that goes.

This morning I wanted to get up early, write out early and workout early. The first thing in the morning I wanted to do is writing. At least for 10 minutes. My current routine kind of "gets in the way of that". It looks like that:

  1. Wake up
  2. Work out
  3. Shower
  4. Prepare coffee and protein shake
  5. Get into the office
  6. + Write daily blog

Why? Because I still have this picture of wanting a coffee while writing. If I am honest with myself it's just a manifestation in my head of this romantic image of a writer with a cup of coffee in his hand. While I am typing I am anyways not holding the coffee and it's still to hot to drink, so there is no point of doing so.

Tomorrow I will put point 6 on number 2. Write as the first thing in the morning, maybe that also requires waking up earlier some minutes in the morning.

While writing this I also think about logging my output. Next to me I have an Excel sheet. Right now I have the columns date, start time, end time, output. I will add another one; first thing. Just a checkbox, if it was the first thing in the morning that I did.

Let's see how that works.
