I read a post on LinkedIn. Ok, not all of it. It was one of those; "10 tips to not freak out in home office" things. This brings me again to a topic, or better said a skill, that most people unlearned: SOLITUDE.

I am not talking about being lonely, I am talking about appreciating being alone in a room. There is this study, where poeple prepared getting electro shocks, instead of spending time with theirselves.

When I am alone and have the time to deal with my own thoughts, I often find solutions to problems that I am carrying out for quite some time. When did you have the last time to really think, to sort some things in your head.

This is the perfect time to learn it, to embrace it.
