I won't again write a post about how relaxing paper can be, that I have done way too often already.
Today we took some time to schedule out the next month; What's happening there? Which challenge we are taking? (it's gluten-free) What goals everybody has and a theme for each day.
Instead of doing that digitally, I have drawn a calendar on paper and filled that in. We will position that somewhere in the room and I can tell you, nothing reminds you better about your goals than a big piece of paper that you are seeing everyday. Oops, I did it again, I wrote about paper.
This will change, we will use this as a start for a more concious monthly planning. The good thing is, every month is a fresh start and we can switch priorities easily. We are so agile ;)
