Today I put off my Apple Watch and this time not because the battery is empty or I crashed it.
I want to get rid of it. I want to direct my attention somewhere else. Away from things that are consuming my attention. Even that it actually never send me any notifications and was complete silenced yesterday I got the feeling that I need to gain back some control of my attention.
The next step most probably will be a kind of social media detox or something and I really have to say, I am looking forward to it. The sister of my girlfriend is currently doing it and especially in times like these, you can only benefit.
