It's unbelievable what an amazing impact a workout partner can have.

In the past I neglected to work out together, because I mostly lifted weights, which I preferred to do with music or an audio book in my ears. Right now I am mostly doing body-weight training.

That might not be the hottest news but maybe if you felt like me before, just give it a try and do a workout together with someone you like and trust.

It's more fun, you are highly motivated and you don't give up that easy.
